Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Serves: 2


 1 frozen banana

 1/2 cup milk

 1/2 cup rolled oats

 1/2 cup ice

 1 Caffè di Artisan coffee pod

 2 tablespoons yogurt Honey or maple syrup to taste

Directions :

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.Taste and adjust more honey or maple syrup and blend again. Pour into a serving glass.


To freeze the bananas, peel and cut into chunks.
